Mountain Ogre Vs. Steppe Ogre

Orcus Revels in the Strong and Shuns the Weak.

These two ogres from different world who don't often come into contact, but due to the self proclaimed "Prophet of Orcus," they find themselves clashing in a war not seen in written history.

Mountain ogres are blue, brown, and grey skinned , and are larger than their steppe cousins. Due to space being a commodity in the mountains are efficient, and very tidy making the most out of their space. Their environment also plays a big role in how they fight. They prefer shields and swords, in tight coordinated ranks to move across the battlefield.

Steppe ogres are green, yellow, and orange skinned, smaller due to a more warm environment. Steppe ogres are savage warriors in single combat, and prefer to hone their own personal skills in combat believing this is the true nature of Orcus. So they use a wide assortment of weapons choosing personal benefit over cohesion. On the battlefield they charge with little concern for others and go into a frenzied blood lust.

In this picture we find a mountain ogre separated from his ranks and forced to face a steppe ogre out in the open. I do not like the mountain ogres odds.
